HOUSE
AT DUSK

What is so nice about the dusk?
Am I happy for the end of the day,
Or for darkness to come?

This light in between the Sun and the stars,
With no brightness,
In the blurred view of it
I can see all dreams in the dusk.

What is so nice about the dusk?
Am I happy for the end of the day,
Or for darkness to come?

This light in between the Sun and the stars,
With no brightness,
In the blurred view of it
I can see all dreams in the dusk.

So tell me, what is yet so beautiful about the dusk?
A reality rendered palatable through green-tinted fantasy.
Practicality speckled with spirituality,
Optimism dusted with cynicism,
Possibilities punctuated with improbabilities.

Dusk occurs at the darkest stage of twilight, or at the very end of astronomical twilightafter sunset and just before night.
The sacred moments between sleep and waking life are ripe for insights and intuition.
Similar to how dreams can provide a window into our unconscious, crepuscular moments can also allow great realisations and discoveries to rise up in our awareness.
